Placing orders

When placing an order with henna-garden.co.uk you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order.

Once we have processed and dispatched your item, you will receive an email confirming the order has been dispatched.

Henna Garden reserves the right not to fulfil any order and not supply products.

Sometimes products may not be supplied because the product is out of stock or has been discontinued. We will notify you via email if there is any change to an order you have placed.

If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your Statutory Rights.

Price

Henna Garden will always try to make sure that prices are accurate, however errors do occur.

At the checkout, you are notified of the delivery charges.

Prices on the website are in pounds sterling only.

Henna Garden reserves the right to change prices at any given time.

If you are ordering from outside the EU, please note Henna Garden can not be held for an import duty or tax in that given country. It is the customer’s responsibility.

Payment

Henna Garden accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Our payment gateway is through Worldpay, which is a safe and secure way of shopping online. Henna Garden does not have any access to your payment details.

Worldpay and your bank may do security checks to confirm the bank account holder is placing the order.

On your bank statement it will show payment to Luxury Beauty.

Availability of stock

Henna Garden will try to keep all information up to date as much as possible but can not guarantee that a particular product be in stock.

All offers on the website are while stocks last, so offers are on a first come, first serve basis. Please not offers are 1 per customer only.

Delivery

All our delivery charges are on the delivery page on our website.

We will try to delivery within the time scale stated and we can not be held responsible for the loss or delay of any order.

All orders which are sent will require a signature upon delivery, so please make sure someone is home to sign for the order.

Henna Garden can not be held responsible for items that have been lost in the post due to an incorrect address given at the time of placing an order.

We recommend that you ensure you have given enough time, in order to avoid disappointment of the delay of your order. This may happen during busy times of the year and especially at Christmas.
