If you are unhappy at any time with the items you have received or you are not entirely satisfied with the product then we would gladly accept return of the goods and will provide you with a full refund of the items.
If you are returning an item it must be:
Within 30 days of purchase.
All the products must be unopened and unused.
Products must be undamaged.
Items that are excluded from our refund policy is: henna powders, henna pastes, essential oils, henna sealant. This is due to the products being perishable.
Please note that any items that do not comply with the above rules will be ineligible for a refund.
Please note we can not refund postage costs.
We recommend sending the item via recorded post or insured as we will not be able to give a refund if you item is lost on its return to us.
Please note that any items that are damaged in transit will be ineligible for a refund. It is important that items are adequately packaged.
To receive your refund please follow the instructions below:
Email us at info@henna-garden.co.uk and advise us of your intention to return your goods and the reasons for the return.
Await a reply from us to the email sent.
Send your returned goods and a print out of the email we send you to the address provided in the email.
All refunds are processed within 7 working days.
