How to purchase

Currently we only accept orders via our website. This is the most secure way of processing your order. Worldpay is our payment gateway and we accept all major credit and debit cards.

Shipping ITEMS ARE ONLY POSTED OUT ONCE A WEEK

Delivery is usually sent within 7 working days by Royal Mail Monday-Fridays. If you do need the items quicker, please just leave a comment in the notes box upon checking out.

Depending on circumstances it can take longer to to deliver your item, therefore we reserve the right to deliver the goods within 28 days.

Items are sent out via Royal Mail Delivery/Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (This is a service which requires a signature upon delivery).

Orders over £50 are automatically sent out via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Recorded. This service ensures the arrival of your order

All shipping is based on weight and we try to keep the costs down as much as possible. We also try our best to recycle packaging, so we hope you don't mind!

UK orders which are sent via Royal Mail can not be queried until 7 working days have elapsed. EU orders can not be queried until 15 days have elapsed.

How are my orders sent?

All our orders are shipped out using Royal Mail, however for larger, heavier items we may use a courier. A notification email is sent out once your item has been dispatched along with tracking details.

How much is shipping?

Please check out as normal and select which shipping method you require and also the country. This will show you how much shipping is.

Please note, shipping is based on weight and not cost. We try to keep our postage costs as low as possible.

When will I receive my order?

We aim to ship items out within 2 working days, although this is not always possible! We always make your order fresh, so you will never receive any stale or old items. Please select Next Day Delivery if you require it quickly, however it may still take us between 24-36 hours to prepare your order.

Henna paste is shipped out Royal Mail First Class Delivery, but for the bulkier pastes we will send it out using Royal Mail Next Day Delivery.

We do not currently recommend shipping henna pastes internationally due to the item being perishable.
