The prizes will be sent out once the winners have been notified and they have selected which products they would like in their prizes. It will be sent via recorded delivery (National and/or International).

All the designs will be displayed on the Henna Garden website when the competition has closed. We will not use the designs for any other project nor will we sell the designs. The designs will be your own property, all the copyright information will be displayed on the designs when they are displayed. We will NOT accept copyright infringed designs. Anyone found doing so will not be able to compete in any future competition and the infringement will be passed on to the original designer. The original designer will have the right to do whatever they feel is right.

We DO NOT take responsibility when an un-noticed infringed design has been entered. Please contact us if a design has been copied, we will remove the design (if proof has been supplied) and contact the person about the infringement.

Although it has been 'advertised' on other websites/forums, anyone other Henna Garden is not responsible for any text, designs or images used.
